Accessing Banner Web:
From the Gordon State College home page, login to the Banner Web, Secure Area. Then
proceed as follows:
Enter Office Hours
1.

Click: Faculty and Advisors
Click: Advisor Menu
Click: Office Hours
Select: Term (current semester and year)
Click: Submit
Office Hours Requiring:
One Line Entry
1. Enter: Office Hours (see Day / Time formatting standards below)
2. Click: Add a Line to SAVE information
3. Changes have been saved when Return to Office Hours screen appears
Multiple Line Entries

Click: Return to Office Hours
Enter: 2nd line information
Click: Add a Line to SAVE information
Changes have been saved once Return to Office Hours screen appears
To complete any remaining entries
1. Click: Return to Office Hours and repeat above instructions
2. Click: Exit when completed

Immediately after your office hours, please enter the dates for the session(s) you are teaching.
Example: M T W R
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. June 1 – July 22

Select a Term: Current term
Click: SUBMIT
Return to Menu or Exit
If you find errors in your teaching schedule, contact your Department Head who will
confirm and send corrections to Academic Affairs.
Download
