Click: Faculty and Advisors Click: Advisor Menu Click: Office Hours Select: Term (current semester and year) Click: Submit Office Hours Requiring: One Line Entry 1. Enter: Office Hours (see Day / Time formatting standards below) 2. Click: Add a Line to SAVE information 3. Changes have been saved when Return to Office Hours screen appears Multiple Line Entries 1. 2. 3. 4. Click: Return to Office Hours Enter: 2nd line information Click: Add a Line to SAVE information Changes have been saved once Return to Office Hours screen appears To complete any remaining entries 1. Click: Return to Office Hours and repeat above instructions 2. Click: Exit when completed Summer Semester Standards: Session Dates: Immediately after your office hours, please enter the dates for the session(s) you are teaching.
