Section A
A new sports stadium is being built for the next Olympics. It will have an automatic
entry gate. The entry gate will open when tickets are put into a slot. The entry gate will
open for the ticket holder only. The entry gate will shut when that person has passed
through. Lights will show when people can enter and the barrier is reset.

Design a control system that will work the entry gate.

In this section you are going to correct any problems and improve the control system
that you created in Section A. For health and safety reasons, the number of people
allowed in the stadium must be limited.

Test your control system. Write any problems that you have found. If there are no
problems, explain why you consider that your system works well.

Make changes to your control system to correct any problems and improve its
working. Save your flowchart as YourName2 Print this flowchart.

Retest your control system and make any further changes needed. Save your
