Data Utilization
• Estimated unused allocation (SP has not
published number for S81 and after)
– S84: 5% (338 Mbit out of 8155 Mbit)
– S85: 6% (372 Mbit out of 6331 Mbit)
• Sponge Bit
– None for UVIS
• Release of SSR allocation due to DSN contention
– S85: 260 Mbit out of 1020 Mbit from 2014-251T09:19 259T23:33. Only UVIS_208OT_OUTERSAT001_ISS is

OPS Team Status
• Darren is full time
– QuikScat, Ops group interface with IT and
OpsSw group, MMS and UVIS
• Crystal is full time
– UVIS and Kepler
– Expecting for end of October. Will take 3 months
of maternity leave.
• Alain is part time (75%)
– Will probably go 50% next year
– UVIS, QuikScat and OASIS software
