Enspiria Solutions Appoints Mehrdod Mohseni
Smart Grid Practice Manager
Denver, CO (enspiria.com) January 19, 2010 – Enspiria Solutions, a leading provider

sectors, today announced that it has named Mehrdod Mohseni, Senior Vice President,
as General Manager of its Smart Grid Practice.
One of the original founders of the company in 2003, Mr. Mohseni has been managing
the Sales & Marketing activities of the company for the past 6 years. Additionally, he has
been the General Manager of the company’s Consulting Practice. In his new role, Mr.
Mohseni will be leading an integrated team of business strategists and industry-leading
experts in developing and delivering comprehensive Smart Grid solutions for Enspiria’s
clients. Mr. Mohseni is a registered professional engineer with over 20 years of
experience in the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) arena, with a focus on systems
automation and operational efficiency applications.
