Offset Printing Framework Agreement
Valid 1 st October 2013 to 30 th September 2015 plus 2 X 1 year options
What’s covered under this contract?
Lot 1
Small Offset Printing
This is defined as a printer which will supply University stationery, postcards, invitations, posters, leaflets, flyers, newsletters and 4-16pp booklets from runs of 500-10,000 covering single colour through to four colour work. As part of the conditions of this framework agreement, a quote should be obtained from all suppliers on a given lot.
Lot 2
Medium Offset Printing
This is defined as a printer which will supply leaflets, flyers, newsletters and 16pp-36pp booklets for runs up to 25,000.
As part of the conditions of this framework agreement, a quote should be obtained from all suppliers on a given lot.
Lot 3
Large Offset Printing
This is defined as a printer which offer 24/7 production facility with in-house finishing. Ability to produce large runs of 25,000 plus, covering prospectus size documents, 4/8 colour on B2/B1 sheet. The ability to offer web offset service.
As part of the conditions of this framework agreement, a quote should be obtained from all suppliers on a given lot.
