Part 2b: RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENDING
INSTITUTION AND THE HOST ORGANISATION
(Section to be completed before the mobility)
The sending institution
The institution undertakes to respect all principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education
relating to traineeships.

The traineeship is embedded in the curriculum and upon satisfactory completion of the
traineeship, the institution undertakes to:
 Award 30 ECTS credits per semester

If one of the three parties (host organisation, sending organisation or student) wishes to
prematurely terminate the placement he/she should immediately inform the other parties and
confirm the request in writing. The reasons given will be examined carefully in close
consultation with all parties and the final decision made at the end of the consultation.
12. Upon completion of the traineeship, the organisation/enterprise undertakes to issue a
Traineeship Certificate to the trainee.

COMMITMENT OF THE THREE PARTIES
By signing this document, the student, the sending institution and the receiving institution confirm
that they approve the proposed Learning Agreement and that they will comply with all the
arrangements agreed by all parties. Sending and receiving institutions undertake to apply all the
principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to mobility for studies (or the
principles agreed in the inter-institutional agreement for institutions located in partner countries).
The receiving institution confirms that the educational components listed in Table A are in line
with its course catalogue.
The sending institution commits to recognise all the credits gained at the receiving institution for
the successfully completed educational components and to count them towards the student's
degree as described in Table B.
The student and receiving institution will communicate to the sending institution any problems or
changes regarding the proposed mobility programme, responsible persons and/or study period.
