Human neural cells (N1-N3) show
endogenous expression of GCNF. Neural
cells N4 were transduced with a GCNF-cDNA
construct and overexpress GCNF. The
specific GCNF band was detected at around
60 kDa. Beta-actin was used as loading
control.
