Doctor of Pharmacy Program, NAPLEX® Scores:
o Our Goal: The percentage pass rate of Xavier’s first-time takers of the NAPLEX®
exam is not lower than two standard deviations below the average obtained by all
first-time examination candidates.
o Our achievement:
 Calendar year 2012 – 95%
 Calendar year 2013 – 86%
On-time Graduation reflects the percentage of students from a cohort who graduate
within four years:
o Our Goal is 85%.
o Our achievement:
 Calendar year 2013 – 75%
 Calendar year 2014 – 82%
Retention reflects the percentage of students who begin in the program and remain until
they graduate:
o Our Goal is 80%.
o Our achievement:
 Class of 2013 – 92%
 Class of 2014 – 96%
Post-Graduate/Residency Training:
o Our Goal – The College encourages students to pursue post-graduate training
and provides workshops and seminars for those interested to guide them through
the application and interview process. The goal is that 50% of those students
who apply are accepted into post-graduate/residency training programs.
o Our achievement:
 52% of the 2013 graduates who applied were accepted into a postgraduate year one residency program.
 50%of the 2014 graduates who applied were accepted into a postgraduate year one residency program.
