ATTENTION PHARMACY STUDENTS
GREAT NEWS!
The summer 2016 Financial Aid application will be accepted beginning Friday,
April 1, 2016. Attached you will find the application, and it’s also available on line
at the financial Aid website, under College of Pharmacy tab.
The Priority deadline date for submission is April 15, 2016.
Please note funds are limited and are awarded based on eligibility and first come
first serve basis.
For the purpose of Health Professional Loans the following is required for consideration:
 Regardless of dependency status and age you must report your parent’s 2014 income
information on your 2015-2016 FAFSA.
 Have a valid 2015-2016 Financial aid award.
 Must be enrolled Full-Time(6 or more hours) for Summer Session(s)
The following must be submitted to the financial Aid office:
 Completed Pharmacy Summer Financial Aid Application.
 A copy of your parent’s 2014 income tax return or income verification. (Social security
verification, etc.).
YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE EVALUATED IF ALL THE ABOVE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE NOT
SUBMITTED TOGETHER. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
NO E-MAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
