ERRATUM
NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
INTEREST ON STOCKHOLDERS EQUITY (JCP)
We inform our shareholders and the market in general that, the NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
released on last June 23rd, and published in the newspaper Valor Econômico, Correio do Povo and
Diário Oficial de Santa Catarina on last June 24th, erroneously informed the number of shares held
in treasury and, consequently, the per share value of interest on stockholders equity approved at
RCA. The correct number of shares held in treasury is 1,022,832 and, consequently, the correct per
share value is R$ 0.048825190. The total declared amount of R$ 78,771,156.37, as well as other
information contained in the said NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS have not changed.
