International Management
Studying International Management at Warwick will appeal to you if you are considering a career in any area
of management or business. The international perspective you will gain can help gear you up for a career in
global industries and organisations or any business.
This four-year course teaches you the disciplines of management whilst allowing you to explore global
trends and issues. You will spend your third year either studying outside the UK at one of our partner
institutions (being taught in English) or undertaking a work placement abroad.
Your degree will help you to build commercial awareness and develop skills such as problem-solving, critical
thinking and decision making. The degree will also help you to develop a variety of highly transferable skills
valued by employers such as organisational and planning skills, report writing, working to deadlines, team

What do Warwick students say...?
“I chose Warwick as it has one of the top business schools in Europe, with a good global reputation and
excellent graduate employment prospects. Some elements of my course were very practical, such as the
‘Dragon’s Den’ style assignment. Working in a team to set up a mock business, and then presenting in front
of a panel of real business people is an invaluable experience.
Warwick is internationally-minded and the majority of my friends are from mixes of backgrounds and
cultures. Warwick has a plethora of societies. Warwick Entrepreneurs can help you start your own business
while Warwick Finance can prepare you for a career in professional services.”
