Support the VPA’s Strategic Plan • Strategic Enrolment Management • Increase the number and diversity of experiential offerings (academic & co-curricular) • Improve access & support for under-represented communities • Contribute to goal of full institutional accreditation with NWCCU Goals 2. Continue to partner with academic units & Student Societies to coordinate, strengthen, and (where possible) grow programs and initiatives in support of: • Student engagement • Student success • Indigenous • International • Students with disabilities • Mentally healthy communities • Learning & student gathering spaces Goals 3. Be responsive to assessment information: • Improve our capacity to assess our programs and services • Take action to address issues of student satisfaction identified by NSSE, CUSC, ISB Goals 4.
