Each writer is limited to one entry per category.

Submit up to 12 double-spaced pages in the prose categories (one or more essays or
short stories) and/or up to 6 pages of single-spaced poetry (one poem per page).

Your name should not appear anywhere on the submissions themselves.

Please use just one completed entry form, and send this entry form and your
submission in each category as separate .doc or .rtf files attached to an e-mail message
addressed to UNIwritingawards@gmail.com.

The subject line of your e-mail message should include your last name, followed by a
comma and the phrase “Writing Awards.”

