Phase 1 2010/14 This project addresses safety concerns by replacing a seismically at-risk building.
There is a committed state funding and it is in preliminary stage of design.
Phase 1 2010/14 This project addresses safety concerns by replacing seismically at-risk instructional
buildings. There is committed state funding and it is in the advanced stage of design.
Phase 1 - This project will replace portions and whole systems of utility infrastructure, to
2010/14 include electrical, mechanical, water, sewer, fire suppression, communication, and
information technology. It is necessary to relocate or reconstruct utility systems to
eliminate/reduce the seismic and environmental hazards from an earthquake.
Phase 1 2010/14 This project will provide utility infrastructure extensions, new access roadways, new
storm drains and culverts to support adding new buildings to replace portable
buildings to be located to the north and across the creek of the center.
Phase 1 2010/14 This project addresses safety concerns by demolishing the current west seismically
unsound west wing and realigning the west wing toward the east of a seismically atrisk instructional building. Other Seismic Strengthening Options will be considered.
Phase 1 - Repair and replace broken and deteriorating sewer pipes and manholes. ($70,000
2010/14 state paid with deferred maintenance block grant)
