Qualification & Experience required
1.
SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVE
B.E./ B.Tech. in Agriculture / Mechanical / Automobile Engg.
or
BBA / MBA or equivalent qualifications
Experience : Minimum 1 year trade experience in sale & service of Tractors only and
preference will be given to the candidates having tractor driving knowledge.
Age : Not more than 35 years
2.
FOR SERVICE MECHANIC
Matric + ITI in Tractor Mechanic trade or equivalent qualification
or
Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engg. or equivalent to Army Technical trade
Experience : 5 years or more and knowledge of tractor driving with various implements is
absolutely essential with valid Tractor Driving License.
Age : Not more than 35 years
Apart from the above mentioned gross emoluments, the contractual appointees will be eligible
for TA/DA for touring which is compulsory.

OTHER TERMS / CONDITIONS ARE AS GIVEN BELOW ;JOB RESPONSIBILITY
FOR SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVE
To assist in sales & service responsibilities for HMT Tractors, appointing new dealers,
planning / execution of sales promotion activities and to achieve the given target of sales.
FOR SERVICE MECHANIC
To develop Dealer workshop, training of Workshop Mechanic, Installation & PDI of Tractors,
repair under warranty and out of warranty, generation of revenue to the dealer from
Workshop.
MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR APPLYING ON THE DATE OF CLOSING : UPTO 35 YEARS
METHOD OF APPLYING
Prescribed Application Form available on our website may be sent to the
Jt. General Manager (HR), HMT Limited, Pinjore-134 101, Distt. Panchkula (Haryana) with
complete information within 21 days from the date of this Advt. Attested copies of the
certificates / testimonials in respect of qualification, age / experience should be attached with
the Application Form.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1
The said posts are on contract basis initially for a period of one year. The contractual
engagement shall not be regarded as permanent or temporary employment and the
contractual appointee shall not be entitled for any preferential appointment or engagement
with the Company for any reason, at any point of time.
2.
The contractual appointee will not have any right whatsoever to claim permanency of
employment or for extension of the tenure of the contractual engagement in context.
3.
Only ten days casual leave will be permissible in the case of contractual engagement in
context on pro-rata basis on completion of first three months of engagement.
4.
The performance of the selected contractual appointee will be reviewed after completion
of first three months with reference to tasks assigned through this contract and in case of
non-satisfactory performance report, the contractual engagement can be terminated.

The contractual appointee will be governed by the CDA Rules of the Company and other
rules and regulations applicable to the employees of Company from time to time.

It will be the duty of the contractual appointee to maintain utmost secrecy of the work
related aspects of the Company and will not undertake any other employment / business
during the tenure of contractual engagement.

While on official tour, if any, the contractual appointee will be paid TA / DA as per Rules of
the Company.
10.
The contractual engagement may be revoked at any time during the tenure by giving
one month’s notice in writing. However, the management reserves the right to revoke
the contractual engagement at any time during the tenure of the contractual
engagement without notice or compensation in lieu of notice without assigning any
reason. Similarly the contractual engagement can be terminated by the contractual
appointee upon giving one month’s notice to the Appointing Authority.
11.
Any other benefits, facilities, leave, perquisites etc. applicable to regular employees of
the Company are not applicable in case of contractual appointee except those
mentioned by us.
12.
The selected candidates shall undergo medical check-up and produce a medical
fitness certificate at the time of joining, issued by a Qualified Registered Medical
Practitioner.
13.
Any other matter regarding contractual engagement not dealt with herein shall be
governed at the discretion or decision of the Management as may be communicated
from time to time.
