The project 'master' file is held on Concerto. It should
include all correspondence including email. If anything
needs to be printed off from Concerto it is for short-term
reference only and the paper copy should not be retained
as part of the master file for the long term. At present the
only information to be held on paper for the long term is that
which has a wet ink signature (for example, leases,
contracts or deeds) or cannot be replicated digitally. See

85/337, The Assessment of the Effects of
