ASSOCIATE FACULTY PAY SCHEDULE
For those with classes running from 1/17 – 5/15
Tuesday, February 10th - 10% of your contract (excluding late start classes)
Tuesday, March 10th – 25% of your contract
Friday, April 10th – 25% of your contract
Friday, May 8th – 25% of your contract
Wednesday, June 10th – 15% of your contract
Late Start Classes
Your pay is based on the number of weeks in your contract for the late start class.
Please remember this is not an exact science but an estimate.
Example – class is from 2/2 – 5/15 = 4.5 TLUS x $651/TLU = $2929.50
February = 4 weeks
March = 3 weeks
April = 5 weeks
May = 2 weeks
$2929.50/14 weeks = $209.50/week
$209.50 x 4 = February pay – received on March 10th and so on
Non-Credit Classes
Payroll will total up the number of times your class meets over the semester. This will
then be broken down by months. If your class is cancelled or changed, payroll will
make adjustments so the numbers below could change.
Example- class is from 1/20 – 5/15, MW, 5TLUS x $615 = $3075
In January it meets – 3
In February it meets - 8
In March it meets – 9
In April it meets – 7
In May it meets – 4
These add up to 31 meetings
$3075/31 = $99.19 per class
$99.19 x 3 = January pay – received on February 10th
