Meeting schedule, project site, and web page Some added items from Mark Renner: • We need to write & administer to users (principally students and faculty who use MyCR) a "satisfaction & issues" survey re: MyCR; • We may also need to write & administer to users (principally students) a "satisfaction & issues" survey re: CR email; • We may wish to review & evaluate the efficacy of the MyCR platform (usability; feature set; actual or perceived functionality issues; Total Cost of Ownership [TCO]; responsiveness of the rSmart customer support group; etc.); • Pursuant to results of the survey(s) and formal review of MyCR, we may wish to initiate a pilot program (like we had planned in spring 2009 prior to Maggie Lynch's arrival) to evaluate several possible successor Learning Management Systems (LMS) to see if we can find one which might be better suited to our stakeholders (faculty and students) than the current MyCR system. We have a draft of a survey that we will present at the meeting.
