Thefacultyneedtodetermineifthemethodswillbeuniform(sametestquestion,project,etc) ordifferbetweensections.Thisisalsoagoodtimetodiscussany“closingloops”relatedtopast assessments.Alistingoffacultyteachingthesamecoursecanbedeterminedusingasection searchonWebAdvisor. Facultyteachingthesamecourseduringthesamesemestershouldalsoagreeuponadayand timefordiscussingtheirassessmentdata.ThismeetingneedstooccurbeforetheFebruary15 reportingdeadlineforfallsemestercoursesandbytheSeptember15deadlineforspring semestercourses. Facultywhoareteachingtheonlysectionofacourseduringagivensemesterareencouragedto discusstheirresultswithfacultyinthesameorrelateddisciplines.Thisdiscussionshouldbe reportedinthecourse‐levelreport(thefollowingstep). 5.
