Add FDC recommendations. For item #5. Discussion: nothing specific yet but there is a lot of interest in the Distance Ed. Standing District Committee with not enough information to talk about it, yet. Probably not a future discussion item, either. Item #6. Reports: Marketing Task Force confusion around FTES; ask Paul DeMark to report? There were wonderful ideas coming out of the meeting; for instance, to have registration tables at the Math Fest and Humboldt Fair. Faculty Profiles Initiative can be added. We need more positive directives. What are the strategies? Perhaps VP of Student Services can report on what we’re doing about enrollment. Maybe have the EMC report on enrollment strategy, followed up with Paul DeMark’s report on MTF? Cindy will do the IEC report. Program Review, BPC, and RIFs will be postponed till May 3 if they are reported at all. 4.2 Schedule Executive Committee Meeting Week of May 13-17 to Approve Curriculum Recommendations: Tentatively scheduled for May 13 at 10 AM in the Senate Office. 2 5. Announcements/Open Forum: The whole reorganization is creating turmoil with Senate Rep replacements due to not knowing who will be Division Chairs, etc. Some is contractual and it all ties in with whether people want to be on committees, Senate representation, etc. 6.
