1. Call to Order: Co-President Renner called the meeting to order at 1:01 pm.
2. Public Comment None forwarded.
3. Action Items
3.1 Approve October 21 Meeting Minutes: With a friendly amendment to strike
one complete, inaccurate sentence, the minutes were approved as amended.
4. Discussion
4.1 Distance Education Online Course Development: Mike Butler and Cathy Cox
presented ways and means for creating effective online course development
procedures. This discussion took most of the meeting. Mike and Cathy will be
writing up a statement that describes the plans and implementation ideas to
present to Senate on November 20 for discussion.
4.2 Revisions of Constitution and Bylaws: No time.
4.3 Annual Plan Action Items: Mark Renner and Connie Wolfsen – No time
4.4 Fall ASCCC Plenary Update: Connie Wolfsen – No time
4.5 Senate Agenda for November 20: the agenda was reviewed and revised as
needed.
5. Future Agenda Items: None forwarded
6. Announcements/Open Forum: None forwarded
7. Adjournment: By mutual agreement the meeting was adjourned after 3 pm.
