College Council also discussed how to get the notification back to constituents that their feedback was presented at the meeting. It was agreed that Constituent Feedback document was helpful and would be posted on the website in the future. As well the President’s office would send an email to all feedback submitters a note saying their feedback was reviewed and discussed at the meeting. Connie Wolfsen would like to change the title of AP 4102 from Occupational/Vocational Technical Programs to Career and Technical Programs. Due to the change being unsubstantial the change will be made immediately. Connie Wolfsen brought up that BP 4231 Grade Changes and BP 4235 Credit by Examination was reviewed when ASPC rewrote the AP. They didn’t feel the BP needed to be updated. However, it was agreed that all BPs and APs will be sent to College Council, regardless whether revisions are recommended.
