Biology Graduate Caucus Meeting Minutes
Exec meeting
Tuesday June 26th, 2006, 4:00 pm
In attendance: Nicole Tunbridge, Clea Moray, Mel Hart, Raul Ursic, Matthias Schuetz,
Suzanne Tank, Lina Perez, Andreas Steimel, Thomas Unsöld, Dawn Cooper.

The purpose of this meeting is to appoint a caucus rep to the new Graduate Council. Clea
Moray and Raul Ursic give a job description. Basically, the rep will have similar
responsibilities that the GIC rep has. The Grad Council will replace GIC next May once
the new Grad Student Society is formed. Currently, the Grad Council will be in charge of
setting the foundations of the new student society.
Raul Ursic nominates Andy Steimel for the position of Grad Council rep.
Seconded by Nicole Tunbridge. Andy accepts. There are no objections.
Carried.


Andy Steimel is the new Grad Council rep.
Meeting is adjourned.
