You MUST include your name in this section. Week/Date – date of submission Deliverable # - the number of the deliverable you are reporting Group grade – this grade that you feel that your team deserves on the team project thus far Individual grade – list each member of your team including yourself. Give each person a grade (A, B, C, D, F) based on their work on the project during this evaluation time frame. This grade reflects only this week’s worth of work; it is not cumulative. Ranking – list each member of your team including yourself in the order of their effectiveness List each member from the most effective as #1 to the least effective. There are no ties. This is based on that team member’s work on the project during this evaluation time frame. You must rank every member including yourself as well as your team members. Allocation – list each member and beside each indicate the percentage of work they contributed during this evaluation time frame. Peer Evaluation Lateness causes points lost of your individual grade. 1 day late 5 points off 2 days late 10 points 3 days late 15 points After 3 days late a zero grade is recorded.
