Descriptionofrole:TheTennisCentreAdministratorwillcompletetheadministrativeworkrequired
tosupporttheTennisCentreprogrammeonbehalfofinspire2coach.Thepositionwillbebasedat
theUniversityofWarwickTennisCentre,andwillbeemployedbyinspire2coachonapart-time
basis.Thepositionwillbefor20hoursperweek.
Responsibilities
ToprovideadministrativesupportfortheCentreManagerandthecoachingteamatthe
UniversityofWarwickTennisCentre:
OfficeAdministration
• Toadministerthestaffingrequirementse.g.processthemonthlyinvoices,setupnew
coachesontothesystem,etc.
• Toberesponsiblefortheorderingofallpromotionalandmarketingmaterials
• ToliaisewiththeUniversityregardingtheupkeepandmaintenanceoftheTennisCentre.
• Toupdateandcommunicatewith,onadaytodaybasis,thereceptionteamattheTennis
Centre.
• Toberesponsiblefortakingallblockbookingsandeventsandensuringthatcourtbooking
systemsarekeptuptodateonadailybasis
• ToworkwiththeTennisCentreManagertoensurethatallstaffingschedulesareplanned
andinplace.
• ToorderstationeryandequipmentasrequestedbytheCentreManager
Finances
• ToattendallmeetingsdeemedrelevantbytheDirectorsand/orTennisCentreManagerto
thedaytodayoperationoftheTennisCentreprogramme.
• ToensurethatallTennisCentreaccountsandbudgetsaremaintainedanduptodateforall
financemeetings.
• ToprovidetheCentreManagerwiththenecessaryfiguresandreportsasrequested.
GeneralAdministration
• Toattend,andtaketheminutesattheweeklycoachesmeetingchairedbytheTennisCentre
Manager.
• Toworkwiththeteamtoensurethatallrelevantnoticeboardsarekeptuptodateona
weeklybasis.
• ToworkwiththeteamtoensurethattheTennisCentresocialmediaaccountsarekeptupto
dateandthattheTennisCentreprogrammesandrelevantnewsareregularlypromotedvia
socialmedia.

Toorganiseschoolchildrenforcoacheducationcoursesandeventsasrequestedby
inspire2coach.
ToactastheWelfareOfficerfortheUniversityofWarwickTennisCentreandattendthe

Toundertakeregulartrainingasandwhenrequiredinjobspecificareas
Toundertakeanyotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesinlinewiththegradeoftheroleas
directedbytheTennisCentreManagerorinspire2coachDirectors.
