December 9, 2003 Meeting Minutes
Committee Members Present: Breitenbach, Cooney, Hands, Owen (secretary),
Riegsecker, Rowland, Stirling (chair), Weisz.
Meeting called to order at 8:05 a.m.
Minutes of December 4, 2003, were approved.
Stirling reviewed issues on our agenda for next semester.
In response to a query, we affirmed that the use of the word “days” in the Grievance
section of the code (Chapter VI) consistently refers to working days.
Cooney was present for discussions of PSC procedure and then excused himself while the
committee discussed a confidential matter.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
