Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous Institute of the Department of
Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from
candidates for institutional/extra mural project.
1.
Name of the position: Lab Technician (01 No.)
Essential Qualification: (a) I.Sc. with DMLT/B.Sc. (Botany, Zoology, Microbiology,
Biochemistry, etc.) (b) Working experience in any Research Laboratory will be given preference.
2.
Name of position: Lab Attendant (01 No)
Essential Qualification: (a) Intermediate with any stream
a)
Selection will be done after scrutiny and followed by interview/skill test.
b)
Selected candidates will be hired through the Institute’s manpower outsourcing agency for
Semi Skilled/Skilled Category manpower and will be paid as per the minimum wages rules
laid down by Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India.
