Electronic versions are available at http://www.cameron.edu/academic_affairs. b. Please remember that all course syllabi should include a listing of required and recommended course materials with ISBN. If a faculty member requires the purchase of an access code or other virtual instructional materials, then that should be listed clearly on the syllabus as well. c. All faculty members with non-administrative appointments are expected to teach 12 hour loads or 15 hour loads in certain approved instances. If a faculty member is not teaching a full load, each academic dean is responsible for identifying the funding source used to pay for reassignment time such as grant funding or Advising Center service funding. Chairs are understood to have a 6 hour load reduction for administrative duties. k. Adjunct Faculty CIP Codes – Please expect communication from Human Resources on adjunct faculty for whom we do not have CIP code duty assignments. The CIP code assignment for each faculty member is the basis for our load and budget reporting to OSRHE. 4. University Scholarship Application (Handout) - Please use the standard form found at http://www.cameron.edu/financial_aid/gen_scholarship_app. Do not require students to fill out separate scholarship applications. 5. ReachHigher Conference on September 15 and 16 in Oklahoma City with national level presenters on motivating adult learners and achieving accelerated learning – Please address participation inquiries to Lorie Garrison or AVP Sylvia Burgess.
