1. ODS: Dawne and Kurt are administrators
a. Update: Cognos training:
Student and Financial Assistance Cognos Training
scheduled February 1st – 3rd for Business Authors and
Consumers:
Business Authors will be attending various consumer
trainings for basic navigation skills. An email will be sent
out the week of the 11th.

Lynn Lackey needs a business author license. Doreen Thomas
also needs a business author license. Dawne has a waiting list of
users needing licenses.
Kurt mentioned an inconsistency with aggregated queries but has
found a way to write two separate queries and join the two.
Chase created some directories for ITS to write and output files to.
Those who want to write sql from ODS, these are available now.
This is not for end users, just programmers.

Nolij: GP sync is stopped during student load. Still fixing errors
with the SASR update. We still have a deadline of the 15th for
changes.
e-Print: no updates
E-Vision: Rick checked with Ninette regarding adding the email
module and she is in agreement. Since this time, Rick received a
quote for $6,000. He will re-visit this with Ninette since the cost is
more than we anticipated.
Rick is still waiting on the claims. E-Vision is working on it. Rick is
working with Ninette. We are not able to pay vendors that the state
produces a check for until this is working.
FormFusion for purchasing is done. Glen wants our paystub to
look like OU’s. If OU is using FormFusion, then we can use their
template. Kurt will follow up on this.
AppWorx:No updates
Workflow: HR and Student both need training when they are
ready to use it.
Luminis: Working on getting production up and ready. Aiming for
February 1. Employees have been created as users.
Interfaces: Library interface is done but not perfected. Kurt is
working on it this week.
Greg is working on getting the employees from Banner for the
ConnectEd extract. Adjuncts that are not in banner are causing a
problem for it and the library extract. Greg and Kurt will speak to
Maurissa about being sure to add information about this in the onboarding documents so that forms can be entered in a timely
manner. Currently forms may not be turned in until after the add
day for classes and sometimes later.
Change diploma interface date to December.
Clean Address can be removed.
Directory labels: The view has been created but not linked.
Currently Yvonne must enter them in both systems.

9. When will PROD be copied to TEST?
10. This was the agenda item for ILT on 1/6/10: From the meeting
we had regarding the processing of awards, no decisions were
reached and it seems another meeting needs to be held when
Jamie can be present. IT did not receive any feedback
whether additional programming is required. It is our concern
that if additional programming is required, time is running out
and it may have to come at a later date with manual
operations to take place until we can get to the programming
task. We just want to be sure the affected departments
understand.

Discussion from ILT on 1/6/10: according to Chris she is
not doing exemptions so numbers 1-3 are no longer an
issue. We left it with AR talking to Doreen at their training
session January 19.
ii.
The Business Office will let us know the following:
a) Will exemptions work for Admissions Tuition
Waivers?
b) How will exemptions handle the drop and add
period, 2nd 8 week classes, 2nd 4 week classes?
c) Will exemptions allow exceptions to the rules?
Example: An out of state student is living in
Lawton and Jamie approved part-time enrollment.
11. Linda inquired about a system load test prior to ST go live in
March for Fall 2010 enrollment? There will also be a senior
enrollment day for approx. 200 students they wish to enroll
within a 2 hour timeframe. Enrollment in legacy and Banner
will be occurring during this window.
Linda is concerned about Saturday, 3/27/10 and requests that
DBAs and possibly Dawne be on call in case there is an issue.
She also requests that GP Sync be run on morning of 3/27/10,

The finaid 8.6 update needs applied and tested before golive.
TRNG has PROD data. Will probably need to apply to TRNG in
order to test this update. Hopefully Aid would be done with TRNG
and we might move TEST to TRNG after the student load. TEST
will need overwritten with PROD data after the student load, but
we will need an instance to put the current TEST data in case
functional leads need to look at it because some setup didn’t make
it to PROD or to compare/troubleshoot.
Kelly and Angie sent more information to Chris and are waiting on
information from Brenda.
ITS on call that day shouldn’t be a problem.

12. From 1/6/10 ILT Agenda: The current programming Greg
performed for drop alerts in SBI will not be available for
Banner. Functional areas will need to work with Banner
functional experts or network with connections they made at
Summit or postings on listserv. Athletes and international
students have something in place once they student is
enrolled full-time.
Chris is going to contact several schools and report back to
ILT.
13. From 1/6/10 ILT Agenda: Julie is running GP sync and has it
fairly well fine-tuned. She will continue to run it until the last
week in January at which time she will need to pass it off to
the ST team. It is suggested a couple of individuals should be
trained to allow a backup individual in case the one normally
running it is out. Please identify these individuals and let Julie
know by 1/18/10 so they can coordinate training. The
processing takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hour. During
this time, you can work on other things. After the processing is
complete, it takes a little time to look at the ones that it didn’t
process to manually decide if there are matches or fix the
problems. If no one kicks out, no time is required.
Jamie said it should be Admissions responsibility so they will
know when the sync is complete.
14. Modified form with good input from Tech team. Attached with
agenda. Any changes?
15. Need to discuss what services will be needed from Sherry as
a project manager after February.
16. It doesn’t appear technically that we should have loaded more
than one email address per address type. Julie will write up
some information for Debbie to take to the ILT in order to add
a separate faculty/staff email type instead of combining this
with the campus email.
Jamie indicated in a meeting Friday that admissions would not be
responsible for the GP sync. There seems to be confusion
regarding the GP and the SASR sync. Sherry is going to put this
on the ILT agenda to confirm again so that everyone is on the
same sheet of paper.
Need to indicate where the release guide is available and a few
more suggestions were made.
ITS should look to see if there is any more technical training that
we need. There is still money in the budget for oracle training and
luminis training.
