In addition we need Insight installed on some computers in Burch and Library c. Chris stated she is running behind and is anxious for the new part-time person to start. She has had trouble getting this person hired and Ken gave her advice to jump start the process. d. The Office of Financial Assistance (FA) is proposing a change to our Satisfactory Academic Progress policy (SAP) to accommodate the Banner software system’s ability to perform SAP automatically rather than manually – This is still on hold. e. Status on team testing and manual development E. Finance a. Update on FI training. i. Ninette reported FI had their last FI training and they will continue to test the system. ii. They received the CRP documentation from Mark which will allow them to start preparing for CRP. b. Donald asked about go live support from SunGard and EduServe for AR since the AR go live date is July and both contracts are scheduled to end in March 2010. Sherry told them the EduServe contract will probably be extended for a few months to take care of business after go live and she will contact SGHE for AR support and post go live support for other areas. ii. Linda reported the ST team is preparing for consulting in July which will include pre-CRP testing. b. Status on team testing and manual development i. End-user manuals are well under way for all area in ST. ii. Linda has a meeting with Jennifer Holland to discuss the housing part of Banner. Team update b. SPACMNT - Admissions and Recruitment H. Decision: the ILT agreed to allow Admissions can make very good use of table SPACMNT and Recruitment to be the only areas to use for tracking recruiting data and need SPACMNT. exclusive access to the table. Does anyone else need access to this table for storing any data? So far the only ones outside of Admissions that have accessed it are Aubree and Linda. If Admissions may have exclusive access to the table, we will need to get busy with R2 data extracts for populating. c. Status of manual development d. Conv2 is going well e. New PCs – waiting on Dell to get our image built. New PC’s should be on campus mid to late July. f. ODS training is going well. Paul Johnson, consultant, said this is a great group to work with they are very intelligent and willing to learn new things. You don’t always see that I. Jamie and Sherry met with Joyce Easterman, consultant, last week to finalize the agenda for the training session in July. We decided to add Margot Gregory, Megan Carter’s replacement and Aubree to the team. ii. Maurissa Buchwald, Director of Personnel, presented information on training opportunities for Banner through the help of Don Aguilar and Rob Miller using Advanced System Technology (a Learning Management product and the owner is a CU alumni). We will start with overview information and CBT. Sherry will provide this information as soon as possible. Linda suggested a training session on FERPA A. GPA ST modifications to Banner A. Team leads need to completed Milestone Certificate and Acceptance form to date for sessions that have been completed B. Review paper or electronic forms you are currently using, i.e., do they need to be discarded, edited, reprinted, etc. C. Banner time logs for FY 09 need to be sent to Sherry for all participants who have been working in Banner by Wednesday, July 1. D. List of prioritized workflows need to be sent to Debby by the end of July Sherry request a plan for end-user training to include who will be training on what, dates for training and what documents will be used.
