Priority Application: November 12, 2015 - $500 non-refundable deposit for students selected for admission.
Deposit to be submitted to MTSU Business Office. Please include confirmation of paid deposit. If not selected, your
deposit will be refunded.
Applications will be accepted after November 12 if space is available.
First Payment: February 1, 2016
Final payment: March 15, 2016
Payments are due on specified deadlines even if you have not yet received scholarship monies.
Refund policy: The deposit is non-refundable. If a student withdraws from the program prior to the second payment
deadline, reasonable efforts will be made to reimburse recoverable costs only. Students who withdraw from the
program after the second payment deadline are not eligible for any refund.
I have attended the information session or one-on-one advising for the Honors in Italy - May 2016 Program and wish
to apply. I agree to the terms and conditions of the payment and refund policies, I also understand that I am also
required to follow the MTSU Office of Education Abroad procedures in order to participate.
