The Clayton James Scholarship
Application Form
The Clayton James Scholarship is awarded to an MTSU sociology major, entering her/his junior
year as of Summer 2015, who has a least 3.0 GPA in his/her major field of study, and has plans
to use his/her sociology degree in service to society. All infomation must be typed. Return
application and all requested documents to: Department of Sociology & Anthropology, Todd
