7. Requests for funding deadlines: SAFAC requests will be due Feb 5th, Lectures and Concerts
requests will be due March 4th --- Zeak will be sending out full information and worksheets
when we return in January.
 Reminders:







End of Semester Reminders:
o In online classes, the final exam should be taken during finals week. Online exams
should not be open the week before finals week.
o Faculty should be available for meetings and issues with students until offices
officially close.
Submit IDEA forms to IRAA if you haven’t already.
Remind adjuncts of grade deadline and adjunct workshop. Be sure you have contact
information in case of questions.
Contact adjuncts to complete online training before the end of the week. Please remember
that adjuncts who did not complete the online training should not be on your teaching roster
for the spring.
The spring schedule looks pretty good, but be sure to get staff changed to the correct
instructor and cancel zero enrollments if you haven’t already.

Please remind faculty that Blackboard course shells will be available for all courses for
spring 2016. All faculty should be encouraged to include their syllabus and gradebook.
