The Recording Industry program is “one of the nation’s elite recording
programs” by Billboard Magazine.
The Jennings A. Jones College of Business is one of the largest in the
nation, with more than 3,600 majors, including M.B.A., Accounting and
Information Systems, M.B.E. and a Ph.D. in Economics.
Our Aerospace program is one of the nation’s finest and has a fleet of
more than 40 airplanes equipped with the latest technology.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
International applicants are evaluated for admission based on the following criteria:

TOEFL iBT scores of 61; paper-based, 500; IELTS 5.5; ITEP 3.6.
MTSU also accept UMELI scores or completion of ELS level 110
An official language score with minimum
TOEFL iBT scores of 71; paper-based, 525; IELTS 6.0; MTSU also
accept UMELI scores or completion of ELS level 112
Standardized tests

An official ACT minimum score of 22 or an SAT scores of 1,020
An acceptable GRE or GMAT scores may be required for some
graduate programs.
All international applicants must document sources of financial support

International Scholarships
MTSU awards merit-based scholarships
of US$4,000, US$8,000, and US$16,000
annually to new first-year, transfer, and
graduate students with a 3.25 Grade
Point Average (GPA) or above.
Applicants are automatically considered
upon submission of an application.
These scholarships are renewable
annually.
