CHEM 490 (Senior Thesis) is required for the Chemistry (BS) degree and highly encouraged
for the other chemistry degrees (Chemistry BA, Biochemistry, and Natural Science). The
research contract for CHEM 490 (Senior Thesis) is due by the last day of classes (May 4, 2016-turn them in to the chemistry office). Please use the next month to meet with
chemistry faculty to select a research advisor and a project for your last year.
CHEM390(DirectedResearch)maybetakenforupto1unitpersemester.Itisanexcellent
opportunitytoexperiencetheresearchprocess.Pleasetalkwiththechemistryfacultyabout
