NAPOLITANO WILL SPEAK AT RAMAPO COLLEGE (Mahwah) – Andrew P. Napolitano, a former New Jersey Superior Court judge, is the featured speaker on Tuesday, March 15 at 7 p.m. in the third of several Author Series talks presented by the Center for Business and Public Policy and the Ramapo College Business Network. The event will be held in the Sharp Theater on the College campus. He will discuss his new book, Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When the Government Breaks Its Own Laws, and his experiences on the bench. Dr. Murray Sabrin, executive director of the Center for Business and Public Policy, will moderate the talk. Napolitano graduated from Princeton University in 1972 and the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1975. He is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the state of New Jersey. He has tried more than 150 jury trails and has experience in all trial parts of the Superior Court (criminal, civil, equity and family). For 11 years Napolitano was an adjunct professor of law at Seton Hall Law School where he taught constitutional law and jurisprudence. He returned to private law practice in 1995 and has been the senior judicial analyst for the Fox News Channel since 1999. He broadcasts nationwide on Fox every weekday, co-hosts “Fox & Friends” and is a regular on “The O’Reilly Factor.” Napolitano also lectures nationally and has been published in The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times and The Newark StarLedger.
