RAMAPO COLLEGE RECOGNIZED FOR EXCELLENCE
IN EDUCATIONAL FUNDRAISING
(Mahwah) – Ramapo College of New Jersey is a winner of the Council for
Advancement and Support of Education’s 2007 CASE-WealthEngine Award for
Educational Fundraising. The award honors superior fundraising programs across the country.
Ramapo College is among a group of colleges, universities and independent schools named to the Circle of Excellence for either overall performance or overall improvement in fundraising. The college received an Overall Improvement award based on the judges’ analysis of three years of fundraising data submitted by Ramapo College.
Out of 482 colleges and universities reviewed by CASE, only 17 institutions were recognized for overall improvement. CASE award programs support the profession’s best practices.
Ramapo College of New Jersey is a comprehensive institution of higher education dedicated to the promotion of teaching and learning within a strong liberal arts based curriculum, thus earning the designation by the New Jersey State Legislature “New
Jersey’s Liberal Arts College.” Its curricular emphasis is international which includes the liberal arts and sciences, social sciences, fine and performing arts, and the professional programs within a residential and sustainable living and learning environment.
