SPONSOR APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
The University of Northern Iowa Upward Bound Programs announce the sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).
The following household size and income criteria will be used for determining eligibility for free meals for enrolled sites. Open sites
have previously established eligibility for the program:

If your child(ren) is a member of a food stamp household or a FIP (Family Investment Program) household, the child(ren) is
automatically eligible to receive free program meal benefits at eligible program sites. Foster children are eligible for free meal benefits
regardless of household income.
