Weekly reviews by your first-year peers of local restaurants, shops, places to go and more! So check it out each week to see new reviews to help you choose! ENJOY! Review 1 –Local Theatres!! Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium 15 by Elizabeth Pina Reclining seats, the smell of popcorn, the crackling of candy wrapper, and the small talk of people around as you wait for the movie to start. The Regal Biltmore Grande Stadium 15 is one of the finest movies theaters in the Western North Carolina area. Surrounded by hundreds of shops that range from ice cream shops to fine dine restaurants to cute little antique shops, there is always something to do in Biltmore Park. They have reasonable pricing for all movies that include regular and 3D. Walking into the building is like if you were walking into a concert hall. The lighting is dimmed as if it were lit with chandeliers. I have never seen so many employees willing to help you in any way they can and it unbelievable how friendly they are. Although the concession lines can be long and the prices can get pricey they are well worth it. The cleanliness is amazing throughout the entire building. The booming from the surround sound is the heart beat of the theater. If you decide to go it would be a good idea to take an extra jacket because it can get pretty cold while you’re watching the movie. The only flaw that this theater has is if you like to sit in the back row, the seats don’t recline there. A personal note would be that there is not a better movie theater you can go to get the same high quality than this one provides you. My favorite part would be the stadium seating because the seats are comfortable beyond belief and you get to lie as far back as you like or not at all. I would highly recommend going to this theatre for family nights, dates, or just going with a big group of friends to de-stress from all the college homework. With it only being less than an hour away I would say it’s worth it. If you are curious to read more reviews, visit the wiki: http://roma.wcu.edu/groups/getlocal/ MESSAGE 3: Announcements!
