In accordance with The State of SC Procurement Code Section 11-35-1530 (6); after the Selection
Committee’s extensive review of every proposal submitted; and due to the complex nature of the
service being provided, we have decided to request the following vendors give an in-house presentation
to clarify their proposals. This request is per the terms of the RFP and this memo shall serve as official
notice to all vendors that have submitted a proposal.
