Here’s your chance to learn how to program the easy way in C++.
Introduction to C++ Programming is a project-oriented course taught
by a master programming instructor. You’ll get right to programming in
this course--even if you have no prior programming experience! Before

CONTRACTS vs. AGENCY
AGREEMENTS
CEE 2324
HGTC
Clear, legally enforceable agreements are an essential
component of the practice of real estate. Real estate
licensees must be familiar with both contract law
and agency law in order to protect their clients, their
customers, and themselves, against errors, oversights,
and misunderstandings. This course opens with a
review of the elements required of valid and enforceable
contracts and the numerous ways in which contracts
may be classified. The often-misunderstood “offer
and acceptance” process is then discussed in detail,
followed by a presentation of the elements and the terms
commonly associated with real estate contracts. Next,
the text illustrates the characteristics of agency, along
with the elements required of valid and enforceable
agency agreements. Emphasis is placed on describing
the important dissimilarities between agency agreements
and contracts. 4 hrs. $60

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS
CEE 2336
Real estate brokers, and real estate salespersons working under the
supervision of their brokers, are allowed to participate in property
management activities. Many of these brokers and salespersons,
however, have not had the opportunity to receive any additional
property management training beyond the relatively short segment
required in pre-license classes.
The purpose of this fast-paced continuing education course is to provide
an overview of the roles and responsibilities of property managers.
While many facets of the property management profession and its
applicable laws are discussed, this course is designed primarily for the
currently licensed real estate broker or salesman who wishes to become
more knowledgeable about residential property management. 4 hrs.
