To print a UPS label, login to:
https://www.campusship.ups.com/login/eurofinsmicrolouisville with the provided
username and password
Step 1: Click Corporate Address book (Please Note: This step will be required for every
shipment)

Step 4: Choose Service Level – Only choice available will be “UPS Next Day Air EAM”
and check “Send E-mail Notifications”. Tip: All fields with

Step 5: Add Reference Numbers – Enter Test Type & Customer Number Tip: All fields

Step 6: Click Next
Step 7: On the following screen, under email address, enter
mehganstyke@eurofinsus.com and select “Ship” and “Delivery” as the notification
types

Step 8: Leave Delivery Option as “None Selected” and click “Next”
Step 9: On the next screen, review your shipping details for accuracy and click “Edit” if
changes are needed.
Step 10: Click “Ship Now”

**Note: If the label printing window doesn’t appear automatically, click “Print” and you
will get the window to print your label.**
