Subject: Revisions to USACE Hard Hat of the Year Awards Program
Applicability: Guidance
1. This ECB provides guidance on the submission requirements for the USACE Hard Hat of the
Year (HHY) awards program.
2. The HHY awards program has been revised to require more consistent submission packages,
which will provide better competition and evaluation of nomination packages. The revised
requirements are posted on the Awards page of the Engineering and Construction TEN
website at:

3. Nominations must be received no later than 31 January 2011 by email to the HQUSACE
