DECISION REQUESTED:
That Council approve the following nomination:
That Keith Willoughby, Associate Dean, Edwards School of Business, be nominated to the
Research, Scholarly and Artistic Work Committee for a term ending June 30, 2014.
Due to medical leave, Associate Dean Graham Scoles, Agriculture and Bioresources, must be
replaced on this committee by another Associate Dean for the coming year.

Reviews and advises Council on issues related to research, scholarly and artistic work including advising
on research grant policies and the establishment of research centres. Meets twice a month.
