NOTICE OF ACTION TO DEDICATE REAL PROPERTY The Los Angeles Community College District (District) Board of Trustees will consider adoption of a Resolution to Convey an Easement to the City Of Los Angeles, Department of Water and Power at its regularly scheduled public meeting on July 23, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. at the Los Angeles Community College District Education Services Center located at 770 Wilshire Boulevard in downtown Los Angeles, First Floor Board Room. The real property under consideration by the Board of Trustees is the following: The area located within Los Angeles Valley College at 5800 Fulton Avenue in Valley Glen, at the northeast quadrant of the campus inside the property boundary line north east of the parking structure located adjacent to Ethel Avenue, for the purposes of providing additional water services facilities in order to meet the expanded emergency fire water needs of the College due to the construction of new buildings on campus (see Attachment 1). Public postings of this Notice shall be made in accordance with Education Code Section 81315.
