

 Can we really try to make revisions without first
understanding what the “problems” are

Lacey Barnes “answers”
Should we refuse to take the tests until basic questions
are answered?
“There is little published research from other states that we
are aware of at this time [referring to similar programs in
other states].”
 The SHP cannot answer question regarding the reliability or
validity of the measure for smoking, “The Plan has identified
a saliva test that offers the highest level of sensitivity as
compared with other tests.”
 Since the whole family we be demoted to a 70/30 plan if
the principle provider smokes, this I feel is a form of
discrimination.

