She has broad experience within pharmaceutical production and is a leading expert within isolator and barrier technology and associated sterilisation techniques. She has extensive experience with filling line projects from business case through performance qualification (PQ). Charlotte has international experience from an EU founded project where she was stationed in Germany. During this project, she gained a Ph.D. in Metrology. She has taken on roles as project manager, specialist, consultant, and project engineer in projects concerning aseptic production and in conceptual design studies. Charlotte is a former chair of ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering). Gert Mølgaard, NNE Pharmaplan Gert Mølgaard is vice president for strategic development in NNE Pharmaplan. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years and has experience from a number of major engineering, automation and validation projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing as well as senior management positions. Gert was part of the team that created the GAMP® (good automated manufacturing practice) guide and he has been actively involved in new guidance for process validation, PAT, manufacturing excellence and Quality by Design. He has contributed to numerous conferences, books and technical guidelines. Gert is a former chair of ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering). Poul Henning Poulsen, Novo Nordisk Poul Henning Poulsen, Corporate Vice President for Quality Development in Novo Nordisk. Poul Henning has worked in the field of quality assurance and manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food for more than 25 years. He has solid experience and knowledge about all aspects of quality management systems within these industries. Poul Henning has held positions as quality expert and since 1999 he has been in different vice president positions heading up QA and operational activities in Novo Nordisk, including head of device QA, head of contract manufacturing, head of operational sourcing, head of device manufacturing development and head of Novo Nordisk Tianjin Plant in China. Poul Henning has solid experience in working across organisational and geographical boundaries. Poul Henning recently joined the “international Leadership Forum (ILF)” at ISPE representing Novo Nordisk in this Forum.
