Students wishing to drop a Chemistry lecture course and continue enrollment in any
laboratory for which that lecture is a co/prerequisite must have a passing grade in the
laboratory and have maintained attendance in the lecture course (as indicated in University
policy) to within one week of the University drop deadline, completing all major lecture
examinations given up until the date of withdrawal. The necessary form to make this
request follows:
