The learning objectives should clearly and precisely describe what is to be accomplished during the coop work term and should include tasks that will demonstrate skill building, problem solving, creativity and
self-improvement. They should be developed in conjunction with the supervisor and the student by the first
week of the co-op period and approved no later than the third week by the instructor. At the end of the term,
the supervisor will evaluate the level of achievement of each of the objectives.
List learning objectives in the space provided and check which attributes will be addressed for each
objective. An evaluation of the learning objectives will be conducted as part of the final documentation.
