Note: You must be registered for all summer classes you plan to take before submitting your Financial Aid Request Form. Your
summer Cost of Attendance budget will be based on the number of hours you are enrolled in at the time we process your aid.

Provisionally-admitted students will not be awarded summer aid until fully-admitted to ULM.
Visiting transfer students do not qualify for financial aid.
Pell-eligible students: If you were enrolled full-time during Fall 2015 and Spring 2016, you will not qualify for Pell grant
during Summer 2016. If you were a part-time student during the 2015-2016 academic year, you will be awarded all
remaining 2015-2016 Pell grant. If you were not eligible for the Pell grant during the 2015-2016 academic year, you will not
receive Pell grant during Summer 2016.
Loans requested for Summer 2016:
Aid will be offered based on availability and qualification of subsidized Stafford loan, unsubsidized Stafford loan, and PLUS loan.

• I understand that I must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits for undergraduates, 5 credits for graduates/professionals)
to qualify for summer loans.
• I understand that I must be meeting all Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements, and that my academic progress
will be reviewed at the completion of Spring 2016. If I am not meeting SAP requirements, my summer aid will be canceled
and I will be responsible for payment of my summer classes.
